About Member
In October 2012, TONACEA Novel Drug Elite Club was established, with a board of a council and a secretariat. The club has a membership system, and the members are enterprises which engaged in novel drug R&D or R&D services or VC institutions with strong assets. The purpose of the club is to gather novel drug R&D talents with vision and sense of mission, explore the scientific laws and business models of novel drug R&D, and promote the healthy development of China's pharmaceutical industry.
TONACEA Novel Drug Elite Club is a platform for medical elites to exchange wisdom and emotion, providing members with the core values of improving the pattern, building trust, solving problems and win-win cooperation; helping members improve their decision-making wisdom, break through the bottleneck of technology and management, and obtain spiritual affiliation, lifelong growth and business value with the lowest trust and time cost.

会员申请条件
1、遵守并执行乙方俱乐部决议；
2、遵守乙方俱乐部章程及有关规定；
3、参加乙方俱乐部相关活动；
4、保护乙方俱乐部合法利益；
5、向乙方俱乐部提供真实可靠的资料与信息；
6、乙方俱乐部理事会规定的其它相关义务。
7、依据乙方俱乐部有关规定依时交纳会员费。
会员申请流程
1.填写入会申请表
2.理事会审核（审核通过后秘书处会议邮件告知）
3.签署入会协议
4.缴纳会费
5.成为正式会员，获得俱乐部相关共享资料，享受会员待遇。
